This team is responsible for making sure that everyone who walks through the door feels welcome and important. From waving to people in the parking lot, to greeting guests as they walk through the doors, to walking people around on tours of the church. They have conversations with guests and help them get connected as well as provide gifts for first time guests. If you love meeting new people and making them feel welcome and safe by providing a friendly face to talk to this could be a good fit. 

Faith Factory is our ministry for kids 6 weeks-5th grade. If you love kids and have the patience of Job, this is the spot for you. From rocking sweet babies to teaching rambunctious kids, Faith Factory is a rewarding spot for you to serve and help build the future leaders in our church. We are always looking for volunteers both young and old to make kids feel loved, welcomed, and important. You must pass a background check. 

People on the next steps team are available at the next steps desk before Sunday services start and after services end. They are friendly faces ready to engage people, new, regular attenders, and partners, who are ready to take their next steps in their faith journey. These people will have a general knowledge of the church and learn how to inform people on how they can take their next steps through serving, baptism, partnership, salvation, etc. as well as upcoming events.

Horizon is our youth ministry for ages 6th-12th grade. They meet every Sunday night and have quarterly outings. Andy Hubbard is our youth Pastor and does all the teaching but general oversight and adults willing to connect and invest in our youth is needed as well as people willing to go to events and drive as a chaperon. You must pass a background check. 

The goal of the Safety and Security team is to create an atmosphere where people can focus completely on worship. We want everyone to feel safe and be safe. We have a security teams that makes sure there are no security threats and responds to any health emergencies that may arise.

This is a new team in the developing stages. We want to form a team who are looking for areas to serve our community in all ways possible. An ideal outreach team member would be someone who has a heart for the lost, new comers to the area, people in need, etc. The team would plan and orchestrate events at the church and the community and beyond. 

The worship team is responsible for the Sunday morning experience in the auditorium. From the sound booth, cameras, lights, to all the musicians on stage. If you like technology or are musically gifted this could be a great fit. 

This team is in charge of the outside and inside upkeep of the church. Outside the building they mow, trim, garden as well as do routine maintenance on HVAC, doors, etc. Inside the building they ensure the building is clean and well maintained. If you are handy or want to serve behind the scenes this could be a great spot. 

The cafe team is responsible for making coffee and keeping up with supplies Sunday mornings. They occasionally serve donuts and volunteer at events like the Family Matters Initiative, Fall Fest, and many more. We love our cafe volunteers to be friendly and generous, always making people feel like they matter and willing to go the extra mile for anything someone might need.

This team creates and coordinates our digital presence by utilizing social media, our website, YouTube, the YouVersion Bible app, creating graphics or videos, among many other things. If you are creative and tech savvy, this could be a great place for you to serve.
